When you see a security error message that mean that some of the security settings on the phone are not setup correctly.
This usually has to do with the phone’s date and time. You need to check your handset's date & time function.
How to ensure that the date and time is set correctly:
Go To: Menu -- > Settings -- > Settings -- > General -- > Date and Time.
For a digital clock, remember AM and PM settings for the morning and afternoon respectively.
1. Check if the time zone is set to GMT +2.
2. Check if the applications access point is set to internet.vodacom:
Go To: app. Mgr -- > installed apps -- > loveLife (Blue block) > Access point > internet.vodacom.
If you cannot resolve the security error you need to contact the GV Helpdesk.
